"After a vehicle fender bender I contacted State Farm. Talked to Vick then started the online claim through the State Farm app (he said to let him know of any problems). That was a seamless process and got the claim started the same day. As State Farm gave me options of my choice for a body shop. I selected Caliber Collision center which was close to my home. Also selected Enterprise car rental for a short term rental which was near Caliber. I then submitted the claim online. Within 15 minutes I got a call from Caliber to arrange the service drop off and got a call from Enterprise to make an appointment to pick a car up. The whole process was so easy. Got a reasonable estimate from Caliber and they started work the next day. Work was quickly done and my 2016 car looked new as if nothing had happened. We have been with this agent since moving to Bedford and that was 39 years ago. Agents try to get me to change insurance companies (they say for cheaper) but I always refuse. If ever I have an insurance issue I contact Vic and he has come through every time. It’s not always just the premium paid but the service you receive when you have a problem. I’ll never move to a different agency."

"I am writing this review based on my most recent experience with State Farm. I am a 30+ year customer. I had a question I needed answered about my policy in regards to renting a moving truck. I wanted to know if my insurance also covers the rental. Well come to find out, Vic McClane's office is closed on Fridays. So I then called the customer service line. When I asked them, they were unable to provide a definitive response. They referred me back to the agent. So therefore State Farm is NOT THERE FOR YOU! I never thought I would be writing such a review about Vic or State Farm. But because neither one of you can provide something as simple as answering a question, this is what you deserve. Even though I am still a customer, this will definitely cause the need to shop an insurance company that will be there for me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VIC!"
